About Susan and Suki

Even as a little girl, Susan Morgan was a budding artist!

Her mom recalls Susan taking ANY pencil or crayon she could find, and drawing huge circles (on the hardwood floors and walls) as she crawled down the hall. Susan’s love of nature and all animals (especially cats!) made their appearance at this time as well.  The first time Susan saw a cat, she was mesmerized, and whenever the opportunity presented itself, she would spend hours picking wildflowers and presenting small bouquets to her mother.

This love of nature and all things feline, are Susan’s inspiration for her Sweet Suki and Friends art licensing website.

As a 5th grader, Susan was chosen out of her class to receive an outstanding artist award. She went on to earn a BFA in Studio Art from the University of Texas at Austin as well as a BFA in Interior Design from the University of North Texas.

After practicing interior design for 20 years (and passing the NCIDQ exam resulting in being elected to the American Society of Interior Designers), Susan has returned to her art roots. Her 20 years of experience in the design and construction industry make Susan uniquely qualified in understanding and meeting critical deadlines, as well as comfortable working with all types of clients in various industries.

Several years ago, Susan began her art licensing when she licensed three Tuscan pencil drawings to Murals Your Way.

You are invited to view Susan’s newly created portfolio for art licensing and she hopes Sweet Suki and Friends puts laughter in your heart and a smile on your face!

Thanks for stopping by!  Enjoy!

Sweet Suki’s Bio

Sweet Suki found her “forever home” with me in August of 2006. Suki is a beautiful 14 lb. Lynx-point Siamese kitty with big blue eyes and chinchilla soft fur.

She spends her days basking in the sun, playing with her many toys, bird watching, leaf chasing (through the sliding glass door), and snoozing z-z-z-z-z-z.

The household schedule revolves around Suki – which she thinks is the way it should be! She is one pampered pussycat and a blessing to me!
